The 175th District is made up of neighborhoods along the central Delaware River waterfront including Penn's Landing, Queen Village, Society Hill, Old City, Chinatown, Callowhill, Northern Liberties, Fishtown, and Kensington.
- Callowhill Neighborhood Association
The Callowhill Neighborhood is an emerging residential neighborhood between Vine and Spring Garden Streets from 8th Street to Broad Street.
- Northern Liberties Neighbors Association
The NLNA represents approximately 6,000 men, women and children, and more than 100 businesses, who call the Northern Liberties neighborhood of Philadelphia home.

- The South Street Headhouse District
